Loading Bay
The loading bay for the venue is accessed via a left turn off Sackville Street, just before the venue. See map HERE
Parking
There is no car parking available on site at the venue. Exhibitors can access the loading area to unload only, but then must return to their vehicle and park off site for the duration of the event.

The exhibition format is open plan, table top style. Please note that shell schemes are not supplied for this event.
Audio, Visual and Furniture Suppliers
A 55" screen is available for hire from Landor LINKS on a first-come, first-served basis. The hire cost is £250 + VAT. To secure your booking, please contact conferences@landor.co.uk no later than 7 days before the event.
Post Event
Items can be collected from the store room located by reception on from 18:00 on the 30th October.
All items must be off site by 16:00 on Thursday 31st October.
Please be aware that the venue will not take responsibility if any consignments are misplaced.
