Please ensure you put your company name on each item, this will make it easier to identify.


Please ensure any advance deliveries are not made before 29th November 2021. Also ensure that the exhibition name is clearly stated along with the date of the exhibition.


Please be aware that the venue will not take responsibility if any consignments are misplaced.

Loading Bay


The loading bay for the venue is accessed via a left turn off Sackville Street, just before the venue. See map HERE




There is no car parking available on site at the venue. Exhibitors can access the loading area to unload only, but then must return to their vehicle and park off site for the duration of the event.

The exhibition format is open plan, table top style. Please note that shell schemes are not supplied for this event.


Audio, Visual and Furniture Suppliers


AV equipment can be hired by the venue. All exhibitors should email simon.mason@pendulumhotel.co.uk who will be able to provide a quotation and facilitate booking.

Post Event

Items can be collected from the store room located by reception on Tuesday 30th November between 17:30 - 18:30 or Wednesday 1st December between 07:30 - 13:00
